It never ceases to amaze me how fast the season can slip by. One second
I'm making the schedule out; the next, we're in our last week.
Good thing is, we have ourselves a race this year! Top 4 spots seperated
by a mere .17 - and 5th only 1 point behind. Damn. Buckle up, this is
gonna get good.
Weird week, didn't see those blowouts coming, so overall not the highest
scores we've ever had. But someone's gotta sit atop this turd pile. This
week, that's:
John. John went 3-3, 174 points for a score of 14.50 . His high score was
36 for WASH-OSU, and he also hit a 32 for ORE-ASU, our only D1RT33
TH1RT33Z for the week. This win takes John to 6th place on the season -
but only 1.16 points from #1. I told ya this was gettin good!

At this rate, I'll be #1 by... about 2035. Maybe the CFB world will have settled down by then...

There's something not right with these weekly scores. Since conference game scores count double, ie multiplied by 2, all the totals should be even numbers. But 3 of the 7 weekly totals above are odd numbers.

Also a couple of weeks ago some of us had a couple of losses dropped from our season won-loss records shown in the results. But the formula calculations of points divided by number of games seems to be done correctly with the missing game counts included. Example: I'm 67-17 but the results show i'm 67-15. The season average calculation was done using 67+17+49 conference games =133 total.

Dammit. OK, will go in and check it out. Thanks for noticing it.

Found it. The box indicating an "Intra Game" for Utah-Arizona wasn't
ticked. (well it was, but the reference on the spreadsheet to indicate that
referenced a different cell, why IHNFC), so it wasn't tabulated as such. 4
of us (me included) got a zero for that game anyways, so it only really
affected you, Peter, and Patrick. Plaidmoon went from 5-10 points.
Luckily no major shake ups.

Damn, good catch. So, the W-L record is not what is used to calculate the
scores, I use a seperate "adjusted picks" total to do that. (to account for
the intra games being doubled). In another one of those "how the frick did
this happen" moments, the cells totalling losses were one letter off for
Nov 4. Meaning, row E was referencing D, F referencing E, etc etc. Records
have been adjusted.
Always appreciate the help finding this stuff, your skill and eye with
numbers is very impressive.
